Kinda started today, need some guidance

Ok, I plan to start going to the meetings on monday but I wanted to see if I could get the hang of things.

This is what I had today, please tell me if I have made a mistake.

Extra easy

Breakfast:
28g Ready Brek (HE B)
150ml skimmed milk (HE A)
1 slice of kingsmill Thick white bread (5 syns)
40g low fat cottage cheese (1 syn)

Lunch:
Tuna and salmon mixed together (free)
Rice cooked in chicken stock and spring onion (free)
Lettuce (free)
Also ate a bit of quorn pieces, tomorrow was the expirey date (free)

Dinner:
2 quorn sausages (free)
Slimming world chips (free)
1 egg fried in frylight (free)
Lettuce (free)
Cucumber (free)
Cherry Tomatoes (free)
Waitrose Fat free Natural Fromage Frais (free)

Snacks:
Fresh fruit (free)
Muller light (free)
Activia Fat free yoghurt (free)

That looks good to me, but low fat cottage cheese is free :) Stick with days like that and you should have no problem x

That's a relief. I've been really paranoid today, it seems like I'm eating so much food dunno how I'm suppose to lose weight this way but I've gotta to give it a chance don't I?

Oh the cottage cheese is free? I thought only 'Very low fat' was free.

Which brand was it and was it plain or flavoured? Some are synned and some are free but I think most of them are free. I normally use tesco light choices and that's free.
I know, it doesnt seem possible to eat so much and lose weight does it?! But, we're all living proof that it does work so there's no harm in trying x

Seems really good. Don't forget to enjoy your syns so you don't get bored or feel deprived. the book says low fat cottage cheese is half a syn for 100gms
Basic/Non Branded Foods Cheese, basic, Cottage cheese, low fat natural 100g

½ Syn on Extra Easy
Original ½ Syn
Green ½ Syn

It depends on the brand and flavour, I know the ones I use are free.
