Ok, I plan to start going to the meetings on monday but I wanted to see if I could get the hang of things.

Lunch:
Tuna and salmon mixed together (free)
Rice cooked in chicken stock and spring onion (free)
Lettuce (free)
Also ate a bit of quorn pieces, tomorrow was the expirey date (free)
Dinner:
2 quorn sausages (free)
Slimming world chips (free)
1 egg fried in frylight (free)
Lettuce (free)
Cucumber (free)
Cherry Tomatoes (free)
Waitrose Fat free Natural Fromage Frais (free)
Snacks:
Fresh fruit (free)
Muller light (free)
Activia Fat free yoghurt (free)
