Tuesday 16th July 2013 - SE

B - Fruit and yoghurt same as yesterday (2 types melon, strawberries, raspberries, pineapple and grapes)

S - Apple

L - Carrot & Corriander soup

S - 2 types melon, strawberries, raspberries, pineapple and grapes

D - Petes peanut curry (3 syns) with 2/3 plate of veg and syn free chips as the 1/3

S - 2 x small brown bread, tomatoes, spring onion and chicken with hex a cheese (1 of them)

Syns - 3
Weekly - LOTSSSSSSSSS

Exercise this week will be around 6k walking each day poss do tums bums class thursday too!!
 
Glad the bunny is a lot better poor thing. And well done getting back on track! X

D - Tuna Salad (0.5syn for mayo) with garlic mushrooms

S - 2 x toast with chicken, tomatoes, spring onion and hex a cheese

Syns - 0.5
Weekly - way too many

Dreading wi tonight as star week too and been awful but what will be will be!!!

S - Apple and bananna

D - Mince (EL) and tatties with mushrooms, onions, carrot and turnip :)

S - 2 x brown bread, ham, tomatoe, hex a cheese and spring onion
