Today im in agony from the gym yesterday!!

B - Apple and 2 plums with ff yoghurt and a green tea
S - banana and green tea
L - left over dinner from last night (chicken fried rice 2 syns)
S - melon and pineapple and green tea
D - got turkey korma in the slow cooker from a recipe I seen on a sw slow cooker website hope it works with rice (its loaded with vegetables)
Still got hex a and b for later!!

As to your question above about the burgers..are these them? Chosen by You Meat Free Burgers, frozen 8 pack, 57g each if so 1/2 a syn each :)

Fantastic i really liked them think i preferred them to quorn ones which i loved before am i right in saying theu are 1 syn each or the same?

I found it on a slimming world slow cooker facebook website! Ill see if i can find it if i do ill post it uo tomorrow!

Today been another good day which means as of tomorrow i done my first week back on plan!

B - 3 mini egg muffins with mushrooms in them and plum tomatoes

L - tuna salad half syn for mayo and met my friend for mocha so hex a and 5 syns to be safe

No not read cause not been going to class but figured if it worked before then why change it haha!!

Love our little flat its fab being together all the time and he helping with the healthy eating.

My sister got married in October too so been a busy end to the year.

Just had breakfast same as yesterday and will end my first week with a good day.

I think you look great...there don't seem to be that much difference chick between the 2 pics! :) But we all know it's how we feel, people have said to me I don't need to loose what I have set as my target, though I'm thinking about lowering it further now too, but just won't tell them ;)

The blue dress was my bridesmaid dress at sisters wedding i loved it.

This weekend been good!

Saturday

Went shopping and paul treated me to lunch and i decided to have a meal off plan. So had a chicken fillet burger with salad and salsa with chips that was my brunch.
Dinner was sw macaroni and cheese with sw bbq chips
Went to pub and had 2 gin and slimline tonics which i really didn't like haha and a peach schnapps and diet irn bru
Came home and had hex b toast with chicken
Syns - no idea haha

Up and off to the gym this morning.

B - bacon, egg, mushroom, cherry tomatoes and hex b toast

L - left over turkey pasta from fri

S - coconut biscuit (5 syns)

D - was supposed be sw chicken enchiladas but couldn't get the canelonni pasta so im attempting sw chicken enchiladas lasagne loaded with veg with sweet potato wedges
