hi everyone

started slimming world today and will post my daily food here - my plan is for weekly syns but not saving them all for the weekend, if I use them I use them:D

I am 15st 0.5lbs and aiming to lose at least 5stones

today is an EE day:

A: Kerry low low cheddar spread
B; 2 x 400g wholemeal bread

Brekkie: 2 egg omelette, mushrooms, onions, sweetcorn and a side of chopped tomatoes

lunch: baked potato, with tuna (spring water), 1/2 my HEA, mixed salad, Scottish slimmers honey and mustard salad dressing (0.5syns), ww Greek style yogurt (0.5syns)

Dinner: diced turkey breast, mushrooms, onion, mixed peppers, mayflower curry sauce (4syns = 100mls), homemade egg fried rice and peas

Supper: rest of HEA and HEB

Snack: seafood sticks

Drinks - water and diet soda

syns: 5/105

feeling happy with my first day

Hello!

Good luck with it all ... It looks as though me and you have very similar food tastes and are in the same weight range with the same target! Hopefully we can help each other along the way. Have you done slimming world before?
 
hello

yeah I have slimming world about 2 years ago - had good results but lost my way - was down at 12st 10lbs and the after 1st year of university - I came completely off plan and now I am paying the price lol

how long have you been following the plan for?
 
We must be similar age aswel! I did really well last year, stopped going to class and them it all went to pot! I've been back on plan for a week and going back to class Thursday! I had a beef curry made up with mayflower sauce for dinner, it's just like having a takeaway! X
 
it is amazing!! I am a staff nurse and work 12hr shifts = so lunch tomorrow is more turkey curry and rice lol I am addicted :)

I am 29yrs old, I am hoping to get back to class Thursday night - cos the lady that does the Thursday class also has a Saturday class which is ideal for me when working shifts
 
I've just turned 25! Going on holiday in September and want to lose at least a stone before then! Yeah my class does one in the morning and one in the evening so can make it either way no matter what shift I'm on. Alcohol/socialising is my biggest downfall! Can stick to the food easily enough just get tempted into going out too easily! Yeah I'm having my left overs on a jacket potato tomorrow for lunch! Planning is the key! X
 
I have literally just arrived back from spain yesterday morning so the healthy eating started today - do you have a food diary on here?

Sorry not Been about had a mega stressed out busy few days there

Been going ok - few bad things have slipped in and also I have made pasta from scratch today and relished the beef is only lean - never send the men to get the shopping!

Anyways will be posting my diary again from tomorrow
