kirstys WW diary ......week 2 weigh in result

i was right, have lost 7lbs which i'm more than happy with
 
was 28 but i broke another stone so 27.
 
not very good paula lol. varies alot, sometimes porridge for breakfast/weetabix with the one milk.

lunch is sometimes bacon and tom butty or a ham salad, yog and a pack of cheese curls.

fruit in between

then dinner is usually a ww meal with salad or veg and a sugar free jelly.

and a treat in the evening usually small pot of choc ice cream

some days i'm municher than others but mainly i am ok on my points. Ifind the few days after my depo injection i could eat the house

just back from a 4 mile walk and just made a no point mushroom curry for lunch.

does anyone know how many bonus points in a 4 mile walk?

stupidly ate 2 cookie things yesterday without knowing points and find out today they are 7.5pts each oooppsss and they were small lol.

oh well lol

Well done on the 7lb - fantastic!! Did you start WW straight from CD or did you have a break first? (hope you don't mind me asking!)
 
don't mind at all hun, i had about 2 1/2 weeks break then went onto WW
 
Did you gain in that time?

I desperatly trying to cling onto my 12lb CD loss lol ... it's gone down to 11.5lbs already :cry:
 
yeah i gained about 8lbs eekkk, but i do tend to lose quit easily and gain easily. Can't win lol
