    Kissme - couldnt help noticing you have the colmans sauce as 1.5 syns one day and 4.5 the next - is that cos you had more or an error?

    Lol more! with the steak I had it with a jacket potato so was less sauce as wanted the jacket to stay crispy! had more sauce with chicken as it was with rice and I used to choke on it as a little girl! more sauce helps it slide down easier :)

    I have noticed I'm not eating enough though, just havent [planned anything hence the sauce twice in a row lol!

    Ok so was in london today and we took a pck lunch with us until a guard on the london had to check it all and then knocked all our dinner in the bottom of the bag!!! not happy!:mad:

    I need to start making more of an effort to try and eat more!

    its been one of those weeks!

    im gonna try harder this week :)
