Well done on the unexpected loss last night! I had an unexpected loss this week too, after falling off the wagon at the back end of last week. I'm trying to be super good this week though, as it can sometimes take a week or two to register.

I am sooooooo bad at updating this lately! maybe because i havent been great :break_diet: BUT last night i went to weigh in and i managed a STS im sooooo glad as i really havent been on plan for 2 weeks now and iv managed to get away with it so this week i really need to get back on plan before it catches up with me and i end up with a hugggeeee gain!lol so today im opting for a extra easy day..

Snack - banana & hifi rocky road - free & 3 syns

Lunch - small wholemeal roll with 3tbsp of egg & bacon sandwich filler, roast chicken mugshot - free, hexb & 5 syns

Dinner - chicken stirfry with noodles & szechaun sauce - free & 3 syns

Snack - digestive biscuit x 2 & 1/2 bag ww mini cookies & penguin- 15 syns

*250ml semi skimmed milk - hexa **

total syns - 26

Which sandwich filler do you use? 5 Syns is really low considering the amount of mayo they usually contain. I normally avoid them like the plague but it's nice to know there may be some lower Syn alternatives :)

Yep they r very handy:) cheese&onion is 2.5 per tbsp but the rest r mainly 1.5, egg n bacon r my fav:) aww thank u i need to try this week as iv got away wit it past 2 weeks.. U look amazin in ur new pics :D xxx

Morning campers :) well iv managed to stay on plan yayyy but im snackin but to much but its all counted :) hope u all have a fab day..

Extra easy - 9.2.12

Breakfast - 3 digestives :/ - 10.5 (so not worth it)

Lunch - tuna salad sandwich in brown bread with salad cream & bowl homemade veg soup - free hexb & 2 syns

Dinner - bbq chicken (oh so juicy) sw chips, tbsp coleslaw,20g cheese - free 6.5syns, hexa

Snack - handful of sensation peking crackers & fruit gums, dairy milk thin - 33.5

Total 50.5 syns :( :(

Ok so im nearly over syns for the week, snackin wayyyyy to much but im not feelin guilty as my meals have all been on plan:) im not cuttin syns out to wednesday as il feel deprived and binge! Not expectin a loss by doin this so hopin4 a maintain :)
