Good morning:) hope u all had a fab weekend :D well my weekend wasnt 100% but fri was my treat and yesterday was goodish but ended not great :/ but im back on it today :) no reducin syns or anythin like that as if i feel deprived il go off the rails lol! So here it goes...

Havent updated for a few days but thought id share with u all i lost 4.5lb this week wooohooooo!!! So chuffed:):) im gona b bit all over place food wise until sat as im movin house.. But il be usin weekly syns:) so heres today, not very good and no fruit in :/

Sorry havent been great at updating this week! Hope u all had a fab weekend :)

My weekend was great, iv moved into a new house so its all go! But back to it today, hopin i can pull it back before wednesday! Iv been good in the fact that i havent had a takeaway in 2 weeks woohoo:) so thats an achievement4 me:)

I have been awful at updating recently just been so busy! But im pleased to say i maintained at group on wed which i was more than happy with:) im back on it this week:) it is my birthday on sat so i will b flexi synning that day, had a talk with my consultant:) and rest of the time im aimin for 5 syns, hoping that way il maybe still have a sneaky loss lol.. So here goes..

Hello everyone :) well iv been off rails since my birthday 2 weeks ago.. Plus i didnt go to class last wed either:( so iv started afresh today, iv drew line under past 2 weeks & im gonna face scales on wed no matter how bad it is:/ so heres todays food..

Well done on the unexpected loss last night! I had an unexpected loss this week too, after falling off the wagon at the back end of last week. I'm trying to be super good this week though, as it can sometimes take a week or two to register.
