Hi all,
Well here I am, finally got around to getting a blog sorted to document my dieting (or non-dieting) as it has become. This time I'm determined to do it, do it properly and do it until I need no longer do it.

As I was lying in bed last night thinking about the new start to the week yet again this morning, something suddenly hit me, I drink too much to diet. Will that stop me from getting good losses? Probably at some point, but at the moment I am focused, determined and even considering taking a month off drinking.

If anybody actually knows me, then they know that me taking time off drinking is a big thing. I enjoy going out, I enjoy socialising. Most of all I enjoy my beloved Cider mmm.

But if this is going to happen then it's something I need to consider very carefully. I can either a) stop drinking cider, start drinking Bacardi and diet coke or b) stop going out full stop and become a hermit.

I think I'm going to opt for option a.

Anybody who does Slimming World will probably have fallen off the wagon at some point, and it's the worst feeling in the world, especially if you know you've been doing so well.

So thus starts my new diet, this morning. I have weighed myself and have been writing down everything I have eaten so far (which is not much as I'm not feeling fantastic).

Let's see how long it lasts this time...

I'm in a similar situation, i go out every weekend and drink, I can handle the vodka but I drink so much of it. Then there's the kebab shop next door that I always visit after. My plan is to cut back on syns for a day or two and use them up at the weekend. x
