Just made the Knorr paprika shake and bake as seen below with
150g of baby potatoes
Courgette
Peeled BNS
Onion
Carrot
1 x fillet of chicken chopped in to chunks
Cooked for 40 minutes and it was lovely as seen in the pics attached. But I made enough that I could eat half and blend the rest keeping 2 chicken chunks and the rest of the veg for soup for the next two days. Just thought I would share my idea.
