wow ive been really slack! i need to update this.. (holiday has thrown me compeltly out of the routine!)

ive not started back up on the weights yet... eeekkkk not looking forward to that on monday morning. lol...

OK I managed to avoid the gym until last night, where I did weights.... sore today but not too bad.. I hace Pilates tonight.. woop I love it. Although it Ia haed work, Ita also lovely and relaxing, some me time. I love it
I will update my exercise hopefully at lunch time...

I have one from argos. I think it was about 15 pounds. only problem is, it doesn't go small enough for me now... so I have to tuck it under my sports bra
 
pilates , and yoga is one of those things i wonder about.. my problem is i do lots of exercise and cardio which makes me sweat so when i sweat i feel like i done a good workout im ot sure i could stick at a exercise which is gentle but still benificial.. maybe ill try it x
 
it can work up a sweat thats for sure... esp if you do the hard version...

right... ive gone and done my back again, and im not far off being sofa bound... so im hoping i dont get that far. and its just going to be like this...
so i had to miss pilates tonight :( boooooo
i can barely walk let alone get up and down off the floor etc...
i missed it... which sounds sad i know!!!

right as promised i have a catch up of my exercise sessions... now i dont seem to have many or done a lot while i was there. so ive been uba slack! bad Krystle!!!!

my gym weights have kind of changed.... the leg ones my trainer has changed. so that was the first night of those... any leg ones i now have to try and push to 20 reps.. eeekkkk lol.. some were ok... but the split squats were tough... even though i didnt have any weights yet... my legs are killing me today (the day after) .... its nice to get back into the routine. and i was really itching to go to pilates and then into the gym for cardio for an hour... but my back is so sore. that i really should not be sitting up... i should be lying down and who knows what.... it is so sore. i just hope that good night sleep is going to do it some good...

my chiropractor love her... she has said that she will come in half an hour early on friday morning to see me... so only one more day... and i will be seeing her...

missed pilates tonight.. i loved my first night, (never thought i would say that i love exercise...) lol... but i really liked that it was chilled out, and very relaxing although tough at the same time....
hopefully next week we will be all better...

hate wasting money and not going to the gym also... its £44 down the drain a month if i cant get there....

I BETTER BE BETTER TOMORROW!!!
 
Look after your back, Kes, that has to be your priority. I know to my cost what happens if you ignore it. I spent my honeymoon in the Caribbean flat on my back, and not in a good way! and several weeks after that in a wheelchair. I was referred me to a fabulous physio who taught me so much about my back. I am now able to handle it myself as long as I'm not stupid about it. Hope it's better tomorrow,
