nope, altho ive noticed ive got a addiction to the gym mirror :p nah i just want to be toned and look good, want to be topless this summer :)

oh, so what are ur goals aims etc?

**Weekly update - STS this week at 11st 13lbs - which is confusing as ive started a new routine and have been training everyday except today this week, was expecting to lost atleast 2lbs but nevermind, i guess no weight has been put on.

Other updates - As im eating lots of protein atm i cooked myself a week supply of soya mince - thats 150grams of protein hehe, also did the weekly shopping today, stocked up on chicken, ham, fish some cottage cheese and few yogs :) hows everyone doing? :)
 
Just quick update this week, have been tad busy.. 2lbs loss this week so getting closer to targets, feeling much leaner too, will update in next few days, bye all !
 
Sorry for the late update, now back at work enjoying the snow!! 1lb loss since last week altho ive drank around 25pints this weekend, ooops, (weighed in friday before the boooze up) so ive most likely put on since then, next update this saturday - currently 11st 10lbs, aiming for 11st 8lbs.

Woop woop, another 2lbs lost, now 10st 8lbs :) weekends do let me down really badly, i lost 4lbs up till friday but then i went on a lads booze up 2days in a row, been good today but a loss is better than nothing! Not to far from my goal, six pack for summer is on wooohooo! :)
 
Dropped another 2lbs this week, so im down to 11st 6lbs and trust me it feels good, the bulk up phase will be starting in a month or two so i better start working those abs :)
 
guys... very good week.. lost 3lbs this week so down to 11st 3lbs ;) only another 7lbs.. family is starting to comment that im looking skinny but im gonna be on the bulk up phase soon so looking forward 2 it!!

- At work so quick update, another 1lb loss (i put on 4lb over the weekend but managed to loose it all + lost 1lb on top of that) so now stand at 11st 1lb :D
Aim for next week is 11st.. cya! X
 
Hi guys this is a late update for sunday,been busy because ive been working away, put on 1.5lb last week!

Tracey - My metabolism is crazy, if i eat @ 1500calories for around 3 days i lose around 2 lbs straight away.. i just find it hard sticking to it on weekends otherwise id be at my target weight by now!... how u getting on? X
