Lactofree as HEX A?

Can any of the Lactofree products (milk, yoghurt, cheese) be used in place of a dairy HEX A? I'm lactose intolerant you see and was just wondering :)

Yep, I can see:

250ml Lactofree semi-skimmed milk = 1 HEXA
28g Lactofree Semi Hard Cheese = 1 HEXA

28g Lactofree cheese = 1 HEXB

Does it have to be Lactofree? There are loads of other dairy free varieties such as Alpro, Kara etc on the HEX list, I think these are also lactose free?

Thanks :D

No, it's just I currently have LOADS of Lactofree yoghurts and cheese in the fridge :) Usually I'm on Kara or Alpro Soya just at the moment I have lots of LF. Do you know how many syns the yoghurts are please?
