Hello lady type people and the blokes reading.

Just question about your TOTM if you dont mind.

i had mine 2 weeks ago, it went away as normal and then came back after a week. its not heavy but im on the pill and still taking it as normal, but its here......why?

    Anyone else experianced this?

you can PM me if you dont want to post.

I didnt think that the whole 10lbs ive lost in the 3 weeks would be enough to effect it like this.

I had a similar experience. Got all the 'pre' bits, bloating, pain and the 'warning' you get just before - wont go into details incase I gross people out - but it didn't turn up. Especially weird as I'm on the pill.

Indeed! Apparently low carb diets are good at leveling hormones during menopause so maybe thats why they're being interfered with - just our bods getting used to the change I guess!
