Ladylites food diary

    Slimming World
    Day 1 - here we go.
    Breakfast and work snacks.
    1 Muller light smooth vanilla yoghurt. = 2
    2 cups tea with semi-skimmed milk
    Lunch
    2 boiled eggs 3 in salad WITH DRESSING 1 1/2
    1 pack of snack a jacks 1
    DINNER
    1 CHICKEN BREAST 2 1/2
    Sweet and sour sauce 1/2

    Snacks
    1 pack of snack a jacks 1
    2 www belgian choc cakes 1 1/2 = 3
    1 apple 1/2
    1 banana 1 1/2
    Off shopping lunchtime for dinner.
    Will have to work out points later

    Well I have been a bit lax so here we go again.

    can WW soup 1/2
    WW lemon yoghurt 1/2
    Pkt knorr reduced fat noodles - 2.5 I think
    1 pear 1
    2 small plums 1/2
    chicken breast 2.5
    1/2 jar ww sweet and sour sauce 1
    green bean 0
    Medium Portion of new potatoes 1
    2 cups tea with SS milk ?
    1 pkt snack of jacks 1.5
    3 crumpets 1 1/2 spread with
    3 WW low fat spread cheese triangles 1 1/2

    Total 14
