Day 1 of food diary writing. I intend to add to this daily in an attempt to keep me on track...

Breakfast - 30g porridge with milk - h/e allowances with a banana

Lunch - broccoli, peas, potatoes, carrots and beans with a turkey steak with a peach and a greek style muller light

Evening (working so munch over a few hours) - baked potato with tinned tuna, nectarine, peach, banana, grapes, french fries (4), single time out finger (4) and a diet coke

Syns for day = 8

I have had some coffees using milk from allowance/or black

Am hoping I have got the right balance of superfree and free food - I can't always eat a meal where I have a plate full 1/3 superfree etc but I can manage a third of my intake with fruit and veg over the course of the day
 
Day 2

Extra Easy

Breakfast - two slices of wholemeal Nimble (hex B) with a dry fried egg

Lunch - home made chilli con carne with rice, superfree = mushrooms and onions

Tea - at work so over a few hours - baked potatoes with baked beans, tangerines, peach, nectarine, apple

Syns - single finger Time Out (4) and French Fries (4)

Think I am doing it properly! I hope.

Day 3

Breakfast - 2 weetabix (made with hot water) and an apple

Snack - banana and a muller light

Lunch - out at a pub - gammon steak with eggs, baked potato and grilled tomatoe

Teat - at work - over a few hours - pasta with tuna and sweetcorn, grapes and a peach

Syns - French Fries (4) and Time Out single stick (4) - a couple for fried eggs?
 
Day 4

Breakfast/snack: 2 slice WW wholemeal bread, 1 egg dry fried; an apple

Lunch: Baked potato with baked beans and a muller light

Tea & snacks: Rice with tuna and sweetcorn, plums, grapes, peach and muller light

Syns: Walkers crisps 6.5 and 3 x Jaffa Cakes 7.5 (14)
