Lamb Biryani recipe please!!

Last night we had our 12 weeks to christmas tasting and a lady brought in a lamb biryani which was amazing!! but she had to leave before i could steal the recipe off her so i was hoping someone had an idea of how to make it? She said it had come out of one of the old slimming world books either a curry one or a extra easy one (i'm quite new to SW so haven't read many of the books yet)

Pretty much any lamb biryani recipe should do for that, just omit any oils/sugars/flours.
