    Hi,

    Me and DH Had an indian last night and wondered if anyone knew the syns of:

    Lamb Jhal
    Lemon rice
    Mushroom rice
    Bombay potato

    Found out from here that the chicken dopiza was only 6.5 syns

    I dont know what Lamb Jhal is, what is it similar to?

    None of that is listed except Bombay potato:
    Bombay potato 7 16 7 for 340g

    The closest to mushroom and lemon rice I would guess would be pilau rice 2.5 14 2.5 for 180g

    These are all very VERY rough estimates as nobody can know how any of these are cooked in any particular restaurant.

    This sort of stuff tbh you're better just drawing a line under it and starting again today, its too late to start counting once you've already eaten it.

    EDIT: Is it like Jalfrezi? chicken jalfrezi is 8.5 8.5 18.5 and lamb being fattier averages a couple of syns more than chicken per dish so I would guesstimate something like 12.5 12.5 22.5. That is only an estimation though.
