454g Lamb steak
1 onion
3 garlic cloves
fry light
1tsp of: ground corriander, paprika, ginger, chilli powder (or 2 fresh chillies)
400g chopped tomatoes
1 bay leaf
2 x 2 1/2cm pieces of cinnamon stick
4 green cardamons
3 cloves
200ml chicken stock made with bovril
1dsp granulated sweetner
freshly chopped coriander

1)Remove all fat from lamb steaks and cut into pieces. Peel and chop onion and garlic and fry in fry light until soft. Add all the powdered spices and fry for 1 minute (Add a little water if it gets too dry)

2) add the tomatoes, bay leaf, cardamons, cinnamon, cloves, sweetner, stock and lamb. then simmer for 35-40 minutes until reduced. Remove the cinnamon etc and stir in coriander before serving...
