hey guys,
just seen a reciepe for larabars on youtube and was just wondering had anyone tried them and if they did what was the syn value of them.
it consists of 3 ingredents... dates nuts and a pinch of salt.

You would need the quantities of the ingredients to be able to work out syn value. Do you have them?

Never heard of them sorry. As said it depends on the quantity of each ingredient and how many you get from the recipe

larabars are an energy bar you can buy in the US, all the ingredients have no free food allowance, so it will be a case of working out the total syn value and dividing that by how many bars the recipe makes.
