Las Vegas and Graduation Countdown

    Hey guys, so have decided to start posting a food diary to give me more motivation to stay on plan after completely sucking the past two weeks.

    I am going to Las Vegas June 30th graduating July 15th which is my main focus for losing weight.

    So any comments or tips would be welcomed!

    Monday 1st March

    Extra Easy

    B: Mushroom omelette
    L: Chicken salad sarnie (HEB), banana, apple and a plum
    D: Thai steamed fish with pak choi and rice.
    S: Mullerlight

    Drinks: Tea and coffee (HEA), water and diet coke

    Tuesday 2nd March

    Extra Easy

    B: 1/2 a mushroom omlette, chopped tomatoes and 2 x toast (HEB)
    L: Spanish turkey with olives (1 syn) and rice
    S: Mullerlight
    D: Spanish turkey and sweet potato

    Drinks: Tea (HEA), low cal energy drink, water, diet coke and highlights hot chocolate (2 syns)

    Total syns: 3

    Wednesday 3rd March

    Extra Easy

    B: Mushroom, ham and parsley omelette
    L: Tuna, mayo (1) and salad sarnie (HEB), banana, pear and frazzles (5.5)
    D: Seafood ramen (8)

    Drinks: Water, Tea (HEA), diet coke, hot sake (10)

    Total syns: 24.5

    Thursday 4th March

    Extra Easy

    B: Poached egg, chopped tomatoes, mushrooms and 2 slices of toast (HEB)
    L: Pasta 'n' sauce and steamed veg
    D: Low fat supernoodles
    S: Tuna and mayo (1), mango, chipsticks (5.5), frazzles (5.5), ham, mini jammie dodgers (4.5)

    Drinks: Tea and coffee (HEA), water and diet coke

    Total syns: 16.5

    Friday 5th March

    Extra Easy

    B: Bacon and mushroom omelette and chopped tomatoes
    L: Carrot and coriander soup and 2 x toast (HEB)
    S: Mango
    D: More soup
    S: Chipsticks (5.5)

    Drinks: Tea and coffee (HEA), water and lots of alcohol (Don't know syns)


    Saturday 6th March

    Had a hangover day today so have eaten lots of junk food. Have no idea of syns.

    Weighed today (sunday) and lost 2lbs so going to jump immediately back on plan and make sure the same comes off next week. :)

    Ok, so i know its really bad but i've had another day off today! oops.
    Tomorrow will be a very very good day for me.
