Well, it feels like I have only been doing this for five minutes but I am starting refeed tomorrow!
I really feel like I could keep going so easily but I am coming off for a couple of reasons.
I have a wedding to go to next week and want to refeed properly so that I am safe to have a drink or two. Not going to go crazy though because I expect I will be drunk after one drink!
The main reason I am refeeding though is that I have a 13km run to do on May 31 and I really need to get training. I feel like I could exercise on LT but I need to be running at least 6 miles a day and not sure it is sensible to be doing that on less than 500 calories.
I am almost halfway to goal so there is still a fair way to go and I will still be posting on here with my weight loss.
Everyone has been really supportive and this forum really helped me through the first few days. And seeing how well everyone is doing is really inspiring - so thanks guys
