Well it's week 13 and my last exante weigh in. I still have a few packs but not a full week. I'm a couple of pounds off my original target but I'm delighted and plan to lose the last few with calorie counting and low carbing which is how I plan to maintain. Here's the numbers.......
Starting weight 12st 7lbs
Week 1. 12st. (-7lbs)
Week 2. 11st 10 (-11lbs)
Week 3. 11st 9. (-12lbs)
Week 4. 11st 8 (-13lbs)
Week 5. 11st 4 (-17lbs)
Week 6. 11st (21lbs)
Week 7. 10st 13 (22lbs)
Week 8. 10st 10 (25lbs)
Week 9. 10st 9 (26lbs)
Week 10. 10st 7 (28lbs)
Week 11. 10st 5. (30lbs!)
Week 12. 10st 4 (31lbs)
Week 13. 10st 1 (34lbs)
I am delighted! To anyone out there who is struggling, please keep going, you can do it and it is so worth it!! I'll still be kicking about the forum to keep me on the straight and narrow as I feel I owe my success to this forum just as much as exante!!
