Loads of people on here ingest caffeine in the form of coke zero. if you really feel desperate for caffeine you could try that. ProPlus is not a vitamin or a dietary supplement, just an energy pill that uses caffeine as its active ingredient. so i guess the question would really be if any of the additives in the pill would have a negative effect on ketosis. that's what you were asking, right?

I take it as I work nights and need one to give me a burst of energy at 4am !! I wouldnt take many but as i dont drink coffee or coke I need it . It has never effected ketosis or my losses that I know of
