(Heya Guys! Right, I started the diet on SS and I was on that for about 11-12 weeks. I started to platteau and wasn't getting much of a loss if any!! My CDC told me to try SS+ for a week to boost things along and then go back onto SS! so I am back on SS now!) Thats what i copied and paste from another post. Whats the SS?
