our was less than 2k but its just.us going to cuba!! stress free and cheap plus we get a two week all inc holiday!

another pound off this morning
its friday and planning on having a drink tonight. fully in ketosis on day 3 so i wont have much but will get a good work out on the kinect

i had dark rum and diet coke. weight stayed the same this morning but i did have a sausage roll
no more booze for a few weeks now as i am getting my puppy on friday
