I've shifted 3 stone on slimming world since January 2012.... Got to my last stone and struggling! The winter is always the hardest for me....
I've maintained for three months but as of 1st January I want to get back on the wagon and seriously beat this last stone thats clinging on and tone up!!

I did the first day of 30 day shred today as i'm hoping that will help shift the last pounds.
