Well folks after having the last 3 weekends "off" resulting in rubbish losses i have decided that i will have 7 more days of ss then move onto ww. I feel like i'm wasting money now so i will try to ss for 7 days solid and lose a few pounds more then join a slimming club by which time i should have hopefully about 8 or 9 lbs still to lose to get to goal. I feel like i need to start increasing my calories now and get into a normal eating pattern. I have my next ivf appointment soon and want to be in a healthy eating pattern for a good few weeks before hand so that my cycle is regular again - cd has knocked it out of sync a bit and thats not ideal from an ivf point of view.
