I tend to have 4 ryvita (dark rye)with 4 laughing cow light (can have 5) but i use such little milk in my one cup of tea a day that i'm accomodating for that....
is that right do you think??

Probably not if you are following SW to the letter. However, I'm a bit like you and often up my cheese a little also - and I've been fine with my weight loss . I guess if it's working for you I wouldn't worry too much

You can split you hexs as long as they aren't already split. So sometimes i'll have 1/2 of my hea as cheese & have 21g reduced fat (enough for me) & then 125ml milk.
