Hi just been looking t your recipe for the soup. Do you use like a full cauliflower? Also what flavour stock do you use...sounds yum!!

Yip I use a whole big head of cauliflower and I used chicken stock because it was all I had. Its really alot nicer than it sounds, really thick and filling. Hope you like it x

carrot, courgette, red onion, red pepper, mangetout, sugarsnap peas, babycorn and peas
Tamarin soya sauce
Chicken stock

BOLANAISE
Ex.lean minced steak, grated carrot, finely diced celery, red onion, red pepper, mangetout, mushrooms and sugar snap peas, tin tomato with basil and coriander, balsamic vinegar, worcheshire sauce and fresh basil
Served with baked potatoes

SNACK
Walkers squares -mp (3)
Banana
Cheddar cheese duck (2)
pp - 5

EXERCISE
2 min warm up walk and 30 mins jog (5k)

Very very snacky and extra hungry today. Feels like I ate alot but I didn't stuff myself, although I was extra hungry. Think its because I'm tired.

No no rice noodles aren't free, but I'm intolerant to wheat, it makes me very ill so I have tweaked the simply filling list to suit me a bit though, I just watch my portions of the food that aren't really on the list. Sorry x

How was the creme egg? U have plenty of pp don't worry u lasted 2 days without eating it! Good day there, though I don't fancy gammon and gravy together? Do they go well together?
 
I put the gravy on my veg only lol, and was lovely. I've had toast now too so gonna try not use any more weeklies tomorrow, then new week on Friday. Think I've figured it out, i'm getting the cold so I'm craving carbs to fight it lol. Bed soon for me. x

Well done on ur loss, I'm 1.5lb down this week it doesn't seem fair tho that u have 41 more pp than me and the first wk u lost 1/2 lb more than me this wk only 1/2 lb less so really we have lost the same amount over the last 2 weeks! :(
 
Sorry Sarah, I'll try harder next week to stay the same while you have a brilliant loss :). Thanks girls. No diary for today either, I have been sensible but rushing around all day trying to get prepared, even managed my 30min jog.

I don't worry about it, I just wonder about the ww system? Least u can enjoy urself this wk end knowing u got 5lb in weight u r ok with putting back on, that's nearly half a stone!
