Hi all, starting a food diary to help keep me on track! Any help or advice greatly appreciated! I am going to try and upload some food pics as well to make it a bit more interesting

Monday – Extra Easy
2 x slices WW bread, banana, 2 x tsp honey (2 syns)
Subway salad – lettuce, onion, pickles, peppers, chicken, light honey and mustard sauce (2 syns)
Grilled chicken with one slice mozzarella, peppers, mushrooms, brussel sprouts and SW chips
1 x kitkat – (5.5 syns)
Total Syns - 9.5
Tuesday - Green
2 x slices WW bread, 2 x tspoons honey, banana, grapes (HEB)(2 syns)
SW quiche – leeks, mushrooms and 2 x slices chorizo (2 syns?), salad (1/2 HEA)
Small grilled chicken breast with one slice of mozzarella, mushrooms and Wiseowl’s crispy sliced potatoes with onion (1/2 HEA)
1 x fibre plus bar (HEB)
1 x kitkat – 5.5 syns
2 x tea (HEA)
Total syns - 9.5
Wednesday – Extra Easy
2 x slices WW bread, grapes, 2 tsp strawberry jam (2 syns), half a glass of apple juice (2.5syns)
Co-op Healthier Alternative sweet chilli chicken noodle salad (Noodles, lettuce, grated carrots and peppers, 2 small slice chicken and tbsp sweet chilli sauce) – 3.5 syns
1 x alpen light choc fudge bar (3 syns)
2 x small marinated salmon fillets, Tesco spicy couscous (2.5 syns), mushrooms, leftover quiche and sliced potatoes with onion
4 x milkado (2 syns)
1 x kitkat (5.5 syns)
