    I think most take senna or dulcoease -psyllium husks can be used too -I know Cambrdige uses those so they should be grand for LT too. :D

    Ppl on here have used many different brands. I've heard of Sanacot, DulcoEase, Dulcolax and they all seem to loose weight regularly.
