tuesday - red flexi syn day

breakfast: shape zero yoghurt

lunch: jacket potato (hexb), ham + cheese (hexa) orange jelly (0.5 syns) + an orange

snack: special k mini breaks (5 syns) + strawberries/grapes

** gym session; 45 mins cardio **

dinner: chicken tikka masala ready meal (14 syns) + naan bread (17)

pigging out: 2 curly wurlys (12 syns), 1 small bag butterkist light popcorn (6.5 syns), 1 pack mikado biscuit sticks (8 syns), cheesecake pot (12.5 syns) + chocolate mousse (5 syns)

total syns: 80.5 - jesus christ more than a whole week's worth of syns in one night's worth of bingeing! gonna have to hit the gym hard this week and cut back on syns where possible and keep my fingers crossed for a loss

wednesday - red

breakfast: 2 sausages (1 syn) + tomato ketchup (1 syn) hifi bar (hexb)

lunch: ham + cheese omelette (using some hexa) + yoghurt

**gym session; 45 mins intense cardio + power plate sesh**

snack: orange

dinner: 2 turkey breast steaks, 198g new potatoes roasted (hexb) ketchup (1 syn), grapes + sugar free jelly (0.5 syns)

supper: special k mini breaks (5 syns) + refresher bar (4 syns) glass of milk (hexa)

todays syns: 12.5

very happy with my 100% day today, proof to myself I can actually do it if I put my mind to it :D wooo.. off out for lunch tomorrow with my friend so may have an extra easy day as opposed to a red one

Hello I'm just starting red days I'm struggling what to eat really I usually plan my meals around carbs I do love them! And I'm on three 12 hr shifts and I could do with some quick meals like mug shots but on red they are so high in syns any ideas ? What do u eat when you are in a rush

i usually keep some ham slices, cold chicken and cooked low syn sausages in the fridge to grab if i'm in a hurry :) i'm the same with carbs really, i love em! try to use my hexb's on a red day for potatoes or pasta as i feel abit lost just having meat and veg or salad lol. hard boiled eggs are another good thing you can just grab if you're in a hurry - provided you're already done them :) good luck! x
 
No problem! Ellebear does a lot of red days too if you do a search on here she has some good ideas x
 
thursday - red

breakfast: ww yoghurt

snack: velvet crunch crisps (4 syns)

lunch: mixed grill; gammon, steak, 2 x chicken + jacket potato with cheese (hexa/b) + massive wedge of chocolate fudge cake (only ate half though - guesstimating it'll be about 15 syns based on the asda values!)

**bike ride**

dinner: jacket potato (hexb), cheese (hexa), chicken, peas

snack: small dish of ice cream (5 syns?), 2 biscuits (4 syns), flump (1.5 syns)

syns so far: 29.5 - oooerrrr, mind you i suppose it's not that bad seen as i have been for a bike ride, maybe should start calculating activity points..

friday - green

breakfast: melon speeeeedy speed

lunch: mccain rustic oven chips (250g for 2.5 syns) + mushy peas speeeeedy speed

snack: 3 pain au chocolats (19.5 syns) argh i'm so weak!!

dinner: pasta + sauce (hexa x 1.5)

snacks: glass of milk 125ml (0.5 hexa), 2 hifi bars (2 x hexb)

syns so far: 21.5

lunch: chunky bolognese + gingerbread man (not sure on syns..?)

**exercise; bike ride 11 miles**

picnic: ham roll (hexb), boiled egg, space raiders (3 syns), jelly (0.5 syns), melon + an orange

snack: velvet crunch crisps (4 syns), fridge raiders (2 syns)

dinner: chicken wrapped in bacon, parmentier potatoes (hexb + not sure on syns)

snack: strawberries, raspberries, dollop of ice cream (? syns), piece of bakewell tart (? syns)

not a good day for a number of reasons, mainly because i stupidly forgot my sun cream and burnt my back to within an inch of it's life. feeling sorry for myself so just gorged a bit i think. will make up for it this week

well yesterday's dinner onwards was another epic fail.. not sure where my willpower has gone but i'd love it to make a reappearance some time soon!? anyway, today's food.. (trying to stick with the red theme for a while)

wednesday - red

breakfast: hifi bar (hexb) + roasted nut tracker bar (6.5 syns)

lunch: sw wedges (hexb), asda spicy chicken breast fillets + salad

dinner: chunky bolognese sauce

after some thought and consideration I've decided to have a little while doing weight watchers pro points again just up until my holiday.. think this will help me avoid the bingeing I have encountered recently! will start later in the week once i have eaten all the bolognese sauce i made for this week :)
 
Right back to slimming world ladies! Not sure if anyone still subscribes to this diary (or ever did lol) but I'm back doing slimming world for a little while at least. Not losing quick enough on weight watchers and getting a bit bored of pointing so back to what I know works! Wish me luuuccckkkkk x

It is difficult to do SW on a budget.. But I've found buying tinned and frozen veg is a good way to save :) never used to be honest about it when I'd been off plan but did it for so long without getting anywhere, so thought it was best to admit all as I was only cheating myself :D xx

Arghhh back after a naughty week off plan! I blame the pancakes!! Anyway, great weekend social wise, terrible weekend plan wise! Back on the wagon today though!
 
Monday 27th February - Red day

Mullerlight banana & custard

Lunch - had a news day 12-3 at uni today so just had to grab what I could when I had a mo!
M&S carrot sticks & houmous (3 syns)
M&S British ham

Dinner
Fell off the wagon again today! Went out for tea with my friend. Back on it tomorrow!
