Hi all.

After looking in my wardrobe at all the clothes I would love to wear but can't, i'm going back to the only diet that ever worked!

Here's my diary...

Weight - 10st lb

Breakfast

Crunchy nut 30g and 1/6th pint of milk - 4pts
Cuppa Tea 1pt

=5pts

Lunch

Dairylee dunker - 3
fruit pot - 1

= 4 pts

Tea

KFC :'( So full of fail already! 25pts

=34 points today.

Exercise -

+2 for the exercise bike
+3 for the long walk around the lake

I need to make up 14 points already :(

I got up too late for breakfast and lots of running around so just one cuppa

Well after my abysmal start, I bit the bullet and joined WW online and signed up to pro points. It was obvious I needed some more support than just trying to google or remember the discovery points from when I did WW 3 years ago. I'm pleased to say it seems to be working, i've lost 3lbs so far. I weigh in on a friday, so will report properly then.

As I track religiously on the tracker, I won't be keeping this up to date here. But I will be posting elsewhere on the forum :)
 
Good luck! I know you feel do bad when you have a terrible day!! I had a terrible weekend thou! Lol ahh well back on track :)
