Oh my word I forgot this thread.this year has been a complete disaster for me weight wise,I think I have lost about two pounds all year (better than a gain I know but I should be a few stone down by now :-( ) feeling really low about my weight-I'm getting married next year and even that isn't motivating me :-( I joined slimming world online and have paid until November and even that hasn't motivated me! Feeling like such A lost cause at the minute.

Well I am back to the business of losing weight. I went seriously off track over the last few months but I am ready to get back to it now.
I have put back on a lot of what I had lost but at least not the lot.
I half heartedly started 2 weeks ago but really kicked it off since last Friday. My weigh in will be on Friday. I am trying to make sustainable changes that I can live my life around but for now I am being good.
Hopefully some of you are still around and want to weigh in too.

Well I am down 1.8 lb this week.
Happy with that!
Aiming for another good week this week - the best I can be as I am on hols for the following week and a half.
At least I will have lost at least something before the hols and that will make me feel better when I get on the scales Friday 2 weeks time.
