I lost 3lb yesterday and my OH lost 2.5lb so we decided to treat ourselves last night to a Chinese.

By the time we finished it we felt full, bloated and ill - and don't feel much better this morning.

That could be the last take away we have unless we have no choice. SW has definitely improved our taste buds

Well done on the loss hun. I find chinese take away hard to eat anyway but the one I had since starting SW was hard work for me too. I think when you're in the SW zone old treats lose their sparkle and it only seems worth it when in the 'bad place' state of mind.

    Keep it up!!! xxx

Sue, last night I burnt my dinner which I had left cooking slowly (not slowly enough) in the oven.
We ordered pizza and chips and coleslaw and garlic bread. Both me and OH felt really sick and stuffed afterwards and I also still feel bloated this morning.
Thing is, I'll never learn and in a few months time I'll probably do it again......
