Lea's Weight Loss Journey - Cannot believe WI today...

WOW, with exercise bike at home there will be no excuses and problems with maintaining weight. Also exercises might help in tummy department to get things moving! Are you going to do a cycling challenge?:)

Hi Lea

We do need to get you going again. Now the weight loss surgery ladies have a lot of this type of issue and they swear by benefibre which apparently you can dissolve in any drink. You may however have a slight problem in sourcing it this week as I have been stocking up just in case.

Other than that you are doing great just believe in your self
you look great and a slight gain now and again can be easily dealt with

Hugs

M

Thanks M. There are so many things out there to try - i just need to find something that works for me. I will add that to the list :D If I can find any.....lol

Im doing well thanks Lea, im now following sw. As i kept cheating on ww.
I cant believe the baby is 9 months now, not a baby.
Maybe time to have another :)

HAHAHAHA you do make me laugh. Trust me, a 3 year old and 9 month old is more than enough to keep me busy! No more for me....at least for a while :)

Ohhh sounds cool. Yes, let's do one!

Linds - great to 'see' you! How are you doing????

I'm very excited! I picked up my £25 exercise bike tonight :D I am so pleased with it. It is in really good condition and has a computer etc. I love it. I did 20 minutes on it tonight. i am hoping to use it quite a lot. I just know it is going to be the key to getting to my goal (finally!!!). I hope anyway....

Still no movement down below though :( Although I did gain TOTM.....

i have been thinking about getting an exercise bike but not done anything about it yet, but needs to be cheap and easy to store. we have a rowing machine but it hurts my back so its become a kind of glorified coat rack.
you might find that exercise will get other things moving!!
we found a video the other day of Olivia when she was a baby ( she's 9 now) omg i was laughing and crying it was so cute. made me a bit broody too, but no!!

Sorry Jess but I bought it from a friend....it was being used as a clothes hanger lol! It's great! I have a sore bum this morning but just did another 10 mins when I woke up and burned off 166 calories...before breakfast :D Will do another 20 mins or so tonight.

I am going to do a cycling challenge for anyone interested.....I will post seperately.

^^^ Yeah, I am going to try that tonight! It hurts lol.

i had my eye on a bike on ebay but ended up with an air walker for £4.99 hehe ... have a look on ebay maybe, you can pick up some real bargains! xx

Hey
The bike sounds a bargain -think i need to invest in some form of exercise machine - nothing to big as not much room, might have a nosy on ebay ;o)

The bike is fab! I really recommend you all get one :D Really enjoyable exercise whilst watching telly. I have used it everyday so far despite being ill! I have yet another horrid cold - as does Cora. Typical. We always get ill when we have a week off. It is not fair :( Not feeling so bad this morning.

Diet front - doing well so far and exercising too. I had a sneak on the scales but so far no movement. The bloating is not so bad actually at the moment and it is TOTM. I think the weight I saw last week is real though as that weight is showing on the scales 5 days later. It looks like I managed to gain 2 lbs in amongst all the bloating etc. So rather than 1 lb to go i now have 3. It's a little disheartening but I know I am back on track now and will continue exercising with my bike. I will wait until Friday though to update my tickers etc. Just in case the exercise catches up with me ;) I also think I need to eat more as I have not been eating that much due to not feeling well. As from Friday I will well and truelly be on track I hope and be in for a good week!

Some exciting news - Cora is all but crawling. I am so excited. She has a funny crawling style though lol. Not so much crawling as we know it but more like a worm lol. On knees, throwing self forward, head down on the floor and following that pattern. It's funny! Either way though she is getting from A-B :D

Aww, bless! My niece has a funny "crawl". She sits on her bum and uses one arm and feet to pull herself forward while sat upright, even though she can walk now. Never used her knees, really odd!

aw bless her! its great when they start doing things, my neice is just trying to walk bless :)

hope that the WI goes well this week leah x

Morning Lea.
I started cycling (properly)last week and did 25 outside miles.
Funny cos im going to look at an exercise bike later today someone selling one in our local paper.
Well done so far you are going great guns.

Its so lovely to see the little ones crawling...aww better go dont want to get broody!!

Fuzzy - you should come and join my exercise challenge. I could do with some more company. I am setting myself weekly targets and it would help if more people were doing the same - we could keep each other going? I will find a link for it....

That's fab twiggy. You are more than welcome :)

So after 5 days of exercise and careful eating I lost 1lb of the 2lb gained last week. So I have 2 lbs to go now.....I plan on doing lots of exercise too :) Wish me luck :D
