    Joined weight watchers monday in at 16s 8lb... Gutttteeedddd

    So....after being an ex sw member im finding simple start hard to be allowed crumpets!

    Here are some meals

    Good luck on your WW journey - I myself am an ex SWer but dis initially lose all my weight with WW having put it all back on so have started again but decided to stick with WW after giving SW a try! Can I just ask Leanne are you following Simple Start?

    Last week i did simple start and.this week filling.and healthy which is like simple start but u take away two treets.and have 49 points over the week :)

    Feeling awsome!

    Brekki today was bacon and tomato sarni on.brown danish omg yummy

    Today i feel like poop

    I actually am still bein.good doing.simple and.filling...but by having 49points week allowance.instead of just 2 treats a day im feeling like i am allowed too much and feel a bit guilty! I planned to have a ww bagel bacon egg and 2 ww sausages but as i feel guilty i only had 1 sausage and didnt have the bagel.....

    Im dreading weigh in. I feel like a porker! I dont.kno why when i have.counted things. Not sure.if.its because i am a sereal weigher and.my scales are broke........ Issues my.gosh lol

    Lost 1.5lb

    Good but felt a.little disapointed....i must eat more veg and fruit!

    I know i should i.just felt deflated

    Anyway... Last week i measured my waist and forgot the rest so today i measured the rest of me and redone my waist....

    Get this....4inches off in a week but only loss of 1.5lb!!!! Weird hahaha
