Todays lunch feel positive!! After my.binge tuesday.from feeling.down i pointed everything that has passed my lips and.happy to say i.still have 27 weeklies left :) for thu.fri sat sun :)

Oki my salad was the following:
Salad leaves 0pp
Beetroot 0pp
Onion 0pp
Carrot grated 0pp
2tbs sweetcorn 2pp
Low fat cheddar 3pp
3tbs light salad cream 3pp
2 slices wafer thin cooked ham which app.said 0pp

Chilli:
Extra lean beef mince 4pp
Beans 2pp
Brown rice 5pp
Pasata, onions, bell.pepper 0pp

Baking potato into chips 7pp
Extra light mayo 0pp on app
Lamb mince grilled 6pp

The spices used were allbpurpose seasoning cajun salt pepper thyme and mixed herbs and paprika

I ended up only eatin one a bit.pitta as i was full!

Well after blowin it saturday.due.to cinema.and.meal out.and.wine.... Only lost 1lb but a loss.is.a loss!!!

So....this week im.doing.filling and.healthy!!

Crumpets beans.and.egg for brekky

Chicken.peppers.courgettes and.quinoa for.lunch

Lasagne.and salad for.tea

It really is, I HATE Mother Nature. I really want to be slim too but it's like our bodies are constantly against us.

Have you got any fruit? Boring but it might help the sweet craving? x
