Leeks?

I was planning tonight's dinner and I thought about having some leeks with my salmon tonight. I know creme fraiche has syns (1.5 syns per tbsp) but has anyone used this to make creamed leeks? I have some in the fridge nearing it's use by date. I would only need 1 tbsp for all of my leeks, so between two people it would only be 0.75 syns each.

I have never made this but sure someone will know...

Just thought I would share a lower syn creme fraiche maybe for the future - I have it all the time and is yum - you could have 3 tablespoons instead of one!

Weight Watchers Creme Fraiche, Low Fat 1 level tbsp

½ Syn on Extra Easy

Original ½ Syn

Green ½ Syn

I'm sure it would be fine with the leeks. I used it tonight to do a spinach and ricotta sauce - yummy!

Thanks circes will give it a go with tomorrow's dinner, changed my mind last minute and had stuffed aubergines and giant mushrooms. But I have loads of leeks and the creme fraiche doesn't go 'off' until Friday... thanks!
