    Hi all, anyone got a recipe for Shepherd's pie using left-over lamb instead of fresh mince? Many thanks Marian x

    think id just make it the same, only you wont need to brown the mince off first, as its cooked. just break it up if its still in larger lumps. Will be a rustic shep pie.

    My mum usually just dices the lamb into small cubes then carries on as normal, but without the browning stage obviously! I don't tend to make it myself as I'm not as good as my mum at it! :) xx
