Green Day Left over mashed potato

Hi all.

I made a bean pie thing today and completely over estimated how much mashed tattie i'd need - as a result i've got a good wee bit of it leftover, and i'd like to make something a bit different with it.

I saw the recipes for the smash pizza, but i think the mash i have is prob too runny for that. Can anyone give me suggestions of what to make please? I'm feelin a bit adventurous

You could always portion it up & freeze it for time saving future mashed potato needs
