I had a go at making the lemon cheesecake in the most recent issue of the magazine. I have to say I really liked it. I don't usually bother with making sweet things even when not on Slimming World. This was worth the effort though!
Yeah I made the whole thing and split it into 5 little pots! It was way too much though. I'm going to end up throwing some of it away so definitely a good idea to make less!
