Lemonkitten's food confessions ;)

Well it's only day 2, so not much to confess yet :)


B: 1 slice wholemeal bread, tinned tomatoes, tablespoon brown sauce
S: 2 x clementines
L: Raw veg (peppers, carrots, cauliflower) in a dip made from vlf nat yog, lime juice and chillies
S: Ham straigh from pack
D: Beef cooked in a little gravy, onions, veg casserole


B: 1 slice wholemeal bread, tomatoes
S: 2 x clementines
L: Homemade soup w/ Philadelphia Light & 1 slice bread (wm)
S: Fruit
D: Probably fish and steamed veggies.

So much for posting every day!

Been mad busy at work, but stuck mainly to plan (apart from some extra Syns on booze at the weekend!)

Only 2lbs off, but I'm happy with that - it's not as if I'm a complete newbie so I won't get that big 'first week' weight loss. I'm happy I lost anything!!

Food for today:

B: Boiled eggs x 2 w/ wholemeal bread soldiers (HexB)
S: Clementines and frozen yoghurt
L: Pasta in a tomato and basil sauce
S: veggie sticks
D: no idea yet - possibly chachouka with a side of garlic bread as a HexB

Hmm, no HeX A - better put some cheese on the pasta :) ...


well dinner last night was slimming world chips, omelette and beans :)

Today is a red day so:

B: Figs and toast w/ Marmite (HexB)
S: Clementines
L: Bell peppers stuffed w/ sardines
S: Yoghurt and fruit
D: Lamb w/ cauli, broc, HexB of new potatoes

2litres of water
Milk as HexA in coffee
