Does anyone know if Lepicol will be OK to use? Its mainly psyllium husks, but contains some pro-biotic cultures..

Each serving is 5g and 100g of it contains less than 1g carbs.

Im guessing it should be OK seeing as that means each serving should have less than 1/20th of a gram of carbs?!

    Anyone know for sure?

It's fairly low in carbs ... but not carb free like pure psyllium husks. My honest opinion (as PH's number one fan) would be to stick to the pure psyllium husks because they're carb and cal free so won't jeapordise ketosis at all. And they're cheaper. :)

Oh dear, well last night i decided to add some lepicol to my soup!!! WRONG MOVE!!

It turned the soup into a slimy goo which was just hideous, I know this is a bit gross but it really had the consistensy of snot! LOL

I wouldnt reccomend it, I had to throw the soup away and had a banana tetra instead!! Oh well, 8.99 and a CD potato and leek soup down the sink! LOL:)
