So, I thought it would be a good idea to give in to that little voice in my head and scoff not 1, but 5 mini babybels last night. To my delight, this didn't through me out of ketosis and I'm still burning away this morning. However what it has done is increase my hunger pains to the point I want to bang my head off my desk! Annoyed annoyed annoyed. Day 5 it was yesterday and I couldn't even get through it! So a lesson to learn from a silly new CDer - no food at all. Just a complete waste of all the good work and actually, it's not all that satisfying when it's in your mouth!
I deserve a slap - so feel free! xx

Thanks ladies. You're right, I have learnt a lesson - a hard one, but hopefully it will keep me motivated to goal. xx

There are far worse things you could have stuffed your face with. Be kind to yourself as well as beating yourself up. You're not an idiot and you're not stupid. This diet is a journey and it is hard. You've had a slight derailment but you are learning more about yourself all the time.

That's the thing, it's almost like I was telling myself that it's fine. Onwards and upwards as you say! Thanks. xx
