Too many buns and booze gone past my lips since Thursday

Exercise- yep, peddling as I type
Plan: no pudding, no booze today
Having a fast day- black coffee and herbal teas for me today until protein and veg meal tonight, followed by protein bar last thing. Turning the diet bus around, cos I went in the wrong direction for 4 days!
 
I'm back on it.

Last time I logged was Day 4. Only a yes to sugar was on Saturday as it was my birthday and I had a raisin whirl. But exercise has been a complete fail unless you count litter picking most days.

So today is Day 12.

Day 11 was No sugar and an hours litter picking.
 
Day 12 of 28 :hide: Had a hospital appointment and caught an early train. Didn't want to look around the shops so I sat in the hospital Costa. Had a cup of tea and a ..............................................................................lemon muffin.
They weighed me and I was 9st 5lbs with jeans, 2 jumpers and shoes on so don't feel too bad about having it.:classic_smile:

Day 15 no sugar and a hour and half litter picking.

Day 16 No sugar and an hours litter picking.

Litter picking might not seem like much exercise but it's very tiring. :)
 
Day 17 A long walk followed by a slice of m&s Gluten Free Lemon cake.

Doing my best for February as it's now half term and I'm not very good when I don't have my days planned out.:classic_roll_eyes: I just go with the flow.:classic_smile:

I'm back from being away and had too many g/f hot cross buns and g/f lemon cake.

From tomorrow there are 7 weeks until Easter. So I'm aiming for 7 weeks of no sugar and 20 mins on exercise bike every day except 2 days when I won't be here.:)

So I think it's 55 days until Easter Sunday.:)
