Thankyou but i did gain 5 last week so in my head i only lost 2 lol x
 
Well done my gym session, back and biceps with 20 min cross trainer and 30 lengths of pool. Today's food was a bar, tetra choc and a cheeky slim and save cottage pie (was lush). Also had 40 cals worth of plain quorn to help recover the old muscles!!! Feeling great! Cannot wait to weigh in Saturday... Sure I will hit th stone Mark. Well 90 per cent sure lol xx

I sometimes can't help myself... Along as it's going down it's all good lol! Well gotta admit as it draws near I am quite looking forward to my planned days off sat and sun... How bad is that? Lol xx
 
Another day down :) had a bar, wafer thin quorn and another cheeky slim n save meal (almost out now). Gym session on chest and triceps fine, 20 lengths of pool and some in line training on treadmill. Feel wiped out. Have two day rest from gym, won't hot it again until weekend now. Think I will miss it! Body needs the rest though!

Another good day! A bar, wafer thin quorn and AGAIN a slim n save cottage pie pack... Totally hooked! Only 3 more left though (keep stealing off my step dad bless him) sneaky weigh and I'm half a pound off a stone.. Half a pound is manageable between now n Saturday so I'm happy. Couldn't leave the gym alone as planned my workout was;

Shoulder circuit, descending reps of arnold press, front raise, uni lat press and lat raise. Followed by kettle bell upright row 4 sets of 10.
Leg workout, leg curl, leg extension, calf raises. 3 sets of 15
Then did some full body kettle bell swing will snatch and press. Four sets each side of 8, dropped to six o. Last set as was knackered!!

Oh and my work mate had my do bits of her new ab programme... It hurt to cough after. Bless her she's good at he job!!
 
Abusing my diary tonight as other half out and I finished 2nd hunger games book (amazing) and don't wanna start third too soon .. Cos then what will I do? Lol!

Sat here thinking skinny thoughts... Plotting which of my lovely old size 14 and 12 clothes I can get my bones in to first! Also thinking about my 2 planned days off this Saturday and Sunday... On my fitness pal working out how much exercise I gotta do to work out planned cheat meals - before I consume them! And it's actually quite nanageabl if I'm strict with myself, yay. Probably gain some water as it will involve carbs :(
 
Hiya hun sorry havent been on had internet issues sooo how u doin hun? Ive been v good had to sit in my car tiday with a shake as was on a course and they laid food on so i sat in car witg my shake lol xx

Hey huni, thats great will power! Glad your doing good! I finally had my gym rest day and as of 5pm i hit my stone target yay. Lol just 3 n half more to gooo! Hows your day been?xx

Lol! Love your hair colour btw! Can't believe this weekend is a planned one off... Already thinking about what shakes I'm gonna have Monday haha. Skinny loon though eh!!! Xx
 
Well it's the planned weekend off. Tried to be healthy n doing ok so far :) lst another pound at official weigh in so that's 14 n a half pounds gone now, just gotta do the same another 3 times over lol. Hope everyone's having a lovely weekend xx
