    Started the 1200 plan today as I really went off the rails at the weekend despite picking myself up from the weekend before and exercising tonnes!

    I am now feeling miserable, tired and stupid!

    I have 9 weeks to lose a load of weight and I really want to do it! Wish me luck x

    I agree with Mini, put these last couple of weeks behind you and get back on track. Your weight loses have been brilliant so you know you can do it.

    We've all been there hun you're not on your own.

    But as the others have said, you just have to get back to it and more importantly stick to it.

    How much weight do you need to lose in 9 weeks?

    I would be happy with 7 pounds to be honest.

    I agree with j70joj, you can lose half a stone in 2 months easy backtoback!

    You've had a great loss so far. Don't get discouraged you will get there!! I started the kick start yesterday too. So far so good, but a weekend without wine? yikes.

    Haha I have ditched the wine for gin ;)
    I have just had too many social functions on over the last couple of weeks and it was also half term. Now I am back at work, and have nothing coming up I know I can stay on track.

    Thanks for all your support though I really appreciate it!
